Better Sites Design is a consulting service whose focus is providing an efficient and knowledgeable approach to layout based upon Steve Klatt’s 30 years of experience with northern Idaho topography, geology, and hydrology and their collective effects upon successfully completing projects. Steve brings an experienced eye for the aesthetic effects of diverse components in the early design process, as well as personal knowledge of the challenges involved in site construction under most conditions of the Panhandle. His personal involvement with all levels of government in this state adds effectiveness when coordinating governmental agency involvement in projects of varying complexity.
